♦ Draw up the agenda of the board of directors and its committees, prepare meeting materials and reminders of legal compliance matters. In 2011, convened 2 remuneration committee meetings, 6 audit committee meetings and 6 board meeting meetings
♦ Handle related matters such as convening shareholders' meeting and meeting materials
♦ Assist in providing information on the development of laws and regulations related to the company's operations and the latest status of the company's operations, and maintain smooth communication between the directors and the company
